F1 2020 Four more races added to the calendar!

© J. Francois Barnard – August 26, 2020

The Formula One organisers announced yesterday, August 25, 2020, that the formally postponed Chinese Grand Prix has now been cancelled. But before we lament it - four new races have been added!

One race will be at Turkey on November 15, 2020, followed by two back-to-back races in Bahrain on November 29 and December 6, and the final race will be at Abu Dhabi on December 13, 2020.

Interestingly, the Bahrain races will not be using the same track at Sakhir. The first race will be the usual track, and the second one will use the outer ring.

The announcement brings the total number of races for 2020 on 17.
